AiToolkit is a business communication platform, not a public social network. These Community Guidelines describe the behavior expected from users when communicating with contacts, collaborating with team members, using support channels or participating in any AiToolkit-hosted community space.

13.1 Respect people and their choices

  • Communicate respectfully and do not harass, threaten, shame, intimidate or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop.
  • Respect opt-outs, blocks and consent preferences. A recipient’s decision not to receive marketing must not be bypassed through another number, account or automation.
  • Do not target people with discriminatory abuse, hateful conduct or calls for violence.

13.2 Be authentic and transparent

  • Identify the business accurately and do not impersonate another person, company, bank, government body or support team.
  • Do not fabricate testimonials, approvals, partnerships, verification status or guarantees.
  • When a chatbot or AI assistant is likely to be mistaken for a human in a sensitive context, use appropriate disclosure and provide a path to human assistance where practical.

13.3 Keep communications relevant

  • Send messages that are consistent with the reason a recipient gave their number or opted in.
  • Avoid excessive frequency, repetitive follow-ups and irrelevant bulk campaigns.
  • Use accurate templates, clear sender identity and straightforward opt-out wording where required.

13.4 Protect personal and confidential information

  • Do not post credentials, OTPs, payment-card security codes, API secrets or private authentication data in team notes or community areas.
  • Share customer information only with team members who need it for authorized work.
  • Do not expose another person’s private information, media or documents without lawful authorization.

13.5 Reporting concerns

If you encounter abuse involving AiToolkit, report it to [email protected] with enough context to investigate. Where there is immediate physical danger or a crime in progress, contact the appropriate local emergency or law-enforcement service first.

13.6 Consequences

Violations may lead to warnings, content/workflow restrictions, rate limits, suspension or termination depending on severity, history and risk. Serious illegal activity, security threats, child exploitation or fraud may be escalated as required by law.
