This Cancellation Policy explains how to stop future renewal of an AiToolkit subscription. Cancellation is separate from account deletion and data deletion.

7.1 How to cancel

1. Open Billing or Subscription settings in AiToolkit, choose Manage Plan, then Cancel Renewal where this option is available.
2. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, email [email protected] from the registered account and clearly request subscription cancellation. You may contact +91 95581 33552 for assistance.
3. If payment was purchased through an app store or another reseller that controls billing, cancellation may need to be completed through that provider’s subscription settings.

7.2 When cancellation takes effect

Unless a written order says otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and the paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing term. No new subscription fee will be charged after the effective cancellation date, except for usage or third-party charges already incurred or separately authorized.

7.3 No automatic deletion

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your AiToolkit account, CRM records, backups, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, Meta assets, payment account or data stored by third-party integrations. 7.4 Data access after cancellation

Some paid features may stop at the end of the billing term and the account may move to a restricted or inactive state. Where export functionality is available, customers should export business-critical data before the paid term ends. Data that remains with AiToolkit is handled under the Data Retention Policy.

7.5 Annual, custom and enterprise plans

Annual, prepaid, custom, enterprise, white-label or professional-services agreements may have a committed term, minimum payment, notice period or separate cancellation conditions stated in the accepted proposal or contract. Those written commercial terms control if they conflict with this general Cancellation Policy, subject to mandatory law.

7.6 Refunds after cancellation

Cancellation alone does not create an automatic prorated refund. Any refund request is reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
