AiToolkit is committed to making its website, CRM and mobile/web application usable by as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing product-quality responsibility rather than a one-time task.
14.1 Accessibility target
AiToolkit aims to design and improve its digital experiences in alignment with widely recognized accessibility principles, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable to the relevant web or app interface. This is a target for continuous improvement and is not a claim that every screen, third-party integration or historical component is already fully conformant.
14.2 Design and usability practices
- Readable text sizes, sufficient contrast and clear visual hierarchy.
- Keyboard-accessible navigation for major web-app workflows where technically applicable.
- abels, names and instructions for important controls and form fields.
- Screen-reader-friendly structure and meaningful focus order where supported.
- Alternatives to color-only status indicators where practical.
- Support for zoom, responsive layouts and device accessibility settings where possible.
- Clear error messages and recovery guidance for important forms.
- Captions, text alternatives or accessible descriptions for critical instructional media where applicable.
14.3 Third-party content and integrations
Some screens or flows may depend on third-party platforms such as Meta/WhatsApp, app stores, payment processors or embedded integrations. AiToolkit may not control the accessibility of those independent services, but will aim to provide an accessible path within AiToolkit where reasonably possible and will relay actionable issues to the relevant provider when appropriate.
14.4 Requesting assistance or reporting a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact [email protected] or +91 95581 33552. Describe the page or feature, device/browser/app version and the difficulty encountered. If you need information in a different reasonable format, explain the format that would help. AiToolkit will review the request and work toward a practical solution.
14.5 Ongoing improvement
AiToolkit may use user feedback, accessibility testing, design reviews and engineering updates to improve accessibility over time. This statement will be updated when material accessibility practices change.
