This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) defines prohibited and restricted use of AiToolkit. It applies to all users, administrators, team members, API users, automations and customer-configured workflows. Customers are responsible for ensuring that people using their workspace follow this AUP.
10.1 Messaging consent and anti-spam rules
- Do not send unsolicited bulk messages, spam or repeated unwanted communications.
- Use contact lists only when you have a lawful basis and, where required, valid opt-in for the type of communication being sent.
- Do not use purchased, scraped, harvested, guessed or unlawfully obtained phone-number databases.
- Honor opt-out requests promptly and do not intentionally re-add opted-out contacts without a new lawful basis.
- Do not disguise commercial messaging as non-commercial content to bypass policy or consent requirements.
- Comply with current WhatsApp template, quality, messaging, commerce and user-consent rules.
10.2 Illegal, deceptive or harmful activity
You must not use AiToolkit to create, facilitate, promote or coordinate:
- Fraud, phishing, identity theft, advance-fee scams, fake investment schemes, payment theft or impersonation intended to deceive.
- Malware, credential theft, malicious links, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity or attempts to compromise devices, accounts or networks.
- Illegal goods, illegal services, unlawful financial activity, trafficking, exploitation or other criminal conduct.
- Threats, stalking, harassment, blackmail, extortion, non-consensual intimate content or sexual exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexual exploitation of minors or any content that endangers children.
- Content that unlawfully discriminates against protected groups, promotes violence against people, or coordinates targeted abuse.
- False or manipulated communications intended to impersonate a government, bank, healthcare provider, emergency service or trusted business in a way likely to cause harm.
10.3 Platform circumvention and technical abuse
- Do not bypass rate limits, messaging restrictions, authentication, access controls, subscription limits or platform safeguards.
- Do not use unauthorized automation to scrape AiToolkit, WhatsApp or third-party platforms.
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, scan or test the vulnerability of AiToolkit without prior written authorization, except to the extent protected by applicable law.
- Do not share or sell account credentials, access tokens or API keys in a way that enables unauthorized access.
- Do not create multiple accounts to evade suspension, payment obligations, rate limits or enforcement.
10.4 Content and intellectual property
- Do not send content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
- Do not falsely claim affiliation, approval or certification from AiToolkit, Meta, WhatsApp or another organization.
- Do not upload confidential or personal data unless you are authorized to do so and have appropriate safeguards.
10.5 AI and automated decision use
- Do not use AI features to generate scams, malicious code, deceptive impersonation, targeted harassment or prohibited content.
- Do not use unreviewed AI output for emergency, medical, legal, financial or other high-impact decisions where human professional judgment is required.
- Do not configure automation to ignore opt-outs, conceal sender identity, create fake consent or repeatedly contact people who have asked to stop.
- Use human review, escalation and appropriate disclosure when automation could materially affect a person.
10.6 Enforcement
AiToolkit may investigate suspected violations and may rate-limit, disable a workflow, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant evidence, or report unlawful activity where legally required or reasonably necessary. Urgent protective action may occur without advance notice. Where appropriate, AiToolkit may allow remediation for lower-risk violations.
10.7 Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include the AiToolkit account/business name, sender number if known, dates/times, screenshots or message IDs where safe, and a concise explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
10.8 Regulated and high-risk use cases
If your business operates in healthcare, finance, insurance, legal services, education involving minors, government, political communications, employment, credit, housing or another regulated area, you are responsible for additional laws, licenses, disclosures, consent, recordkeeping and human-review requirements that apply to you. AiToolkit’s availability does not mean a particular use case is legally permitted.
10.9 Resource abuse and fair use
- Do not intentionally create excessive traffic, loops, runaway automations or workloads that materially degrade the service for others.
- Do not use the platform as general-purpose file hosting, data warehousing, scraping infrastructure or another purpose unrelated to supported business communication.
- Respect plan limits, API quotas and reasonable technical restrictions. AiToolkit may apply rate limits or require a higher-capacity plan for unusually heavy legitimate use.
10.10 Enforcement review
If you believe an account or workflow was restricted in error, contact AiToolkit with relevant facts and evidence. AiToolkit may review the action, but restoration can depend on security risk, payment status, law and independent Meta/WhatsApp restrictions. AiToolkit cannot reverse a third-party platform enforcement decision that it does not control.
10.11 Changes to this AUP
AiToolkit may update this AUP when abuse patterns, laws, platform rules or product capabilities change. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means where required. Continued use of the Services is subject to the current version of this AUP.
