5.1 When contacting support

Include your registered email or phone number, business/workspace name and a short description of the problem.
For technical issues, include the device/app version, approximate time of the issue and screenshots where safe to share.
For billing issues, include the transaction or invoice reference, but do not send a full payment-card number or security code.
For privacy or deletion requests, clearly state the type of request and the account or business involved.
For suspected security incidents, use the subject “Security – Urgent” and describe the affected account, without sharing passwords or one-time codes.

5.2 Support communication standards

AiToolkit aims to respond within a reasonable period based on urgency, complexity and support volume. Resolution can depend on third-party providers such as Meta/WhatsApp, app stores, payment processors, cloud providers or integrations, and AiToolkit cannot guarantee third-party response times.

AiToolkit support will never require you to disclose your password or one-time authentication code. If someone claiming to represent AiToolkit asks for these credentials, do not provide them and report the incident to [email protected].
